Gusts up to 30 kt expected. * WHERE...Offshore Gulf waters from the Walton-Okaloosa County line to Apalachicola from 20 to 60 nautical miles out, Coastal waters from Mexico Beach to Okaloosa Walton County Line FL out 20 NM, and Coastal waters from Mexico Beach to Apalachicola FL out 20 NM. * WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 5 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots, or seas of 7 feet or greater, are expected to produce hazardous conditions for small craft. These hazardous conditions may result in poor vessel handling and steering response, broaching, overturned dinghies and kayaks, slips and falls on slippery decks, rub damage along docks and seawalls, and dragging anchors. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. &&

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR THE EASTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE, THE FLORIDA BIG BEND, AND FAR SOUTHWEST GEORGIA... * AFFECTED AREA...Florida fire weather zones 010, 011, 012, 014, 015, 028, 029, 034, 112, 114, 115, 118, 127, 128, and 134. Georgia fire weather zones 143 and 155. * WIND...Northeast near 15 mph, with gusts near 25 mph. * HUMIDITY...15-20 percent, following poor humidity recovery on Sunday night. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
