* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida Beaches.

* WHEN...Through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
from shore into deeper water.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Swim near a lifeguard. If caught in a rip current, relax and
float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a
direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the
shore and call or wave for help.

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30
kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected. For
the Gale Watch, northeast winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to
40 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft possible.

* WHERE...All Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida coastal
waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL out to 60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to
2 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from late Tuesday
night through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions.  Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
