A few private roads near the Gill Township levee in Sullivan County may flood. Water level is at the top of most makeshift levees. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Thursday /9:00 AM CDT Thursday/ the stage was 14.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 16.6 feet early Tuesday morning.
