Hamilton County in central Indiana... Northern Hendricks County in central Indiana... Parke County in west central Indiana... Northern Putnam County in west central Indiana... * WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 201 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 2.25 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall from scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will continue sporadically. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
