...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, including the following areas, De Kalb, Eastern St. Joseph IN, Elkhart, Lagrange, Marshall, Noble, Northern Kosciusko, Northern La Porte, Southern Kosciusko, Southern La Porte, Starke, Steuben and Western St. Joseph IN, southwest Michigan, including the following areas, Branch, Cass MI, Hillsdale, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien and St. Joseph MI, and northwest Ohio, including the following areas, Defiance, Fulton OH, Henry and Williams. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
