...SHOWERS AND STORMS WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN THROUGH DAYBREAK...

A narrow band of rain with embedded thunder continues to progress
through the region. Some downpours are occurring with this
activity, leading to rainfall amounts over an inch. Repeated
rounds of rain may cause ponding of water in low-lying and
vulnerable areas. Isolated amounts near 1.5 inches will be
possible in the most persistent activity.

The showers and storms will decrease in coverage and intensity
during the predawn hours.
