The lower boardwalk in the Congaree National Park becomes flooded by Cedar Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 15.1 feet this evening.
