...BRIEF SHALLOW COASTAL FLOODING POSSIBLE AROUND HIGH TIDE THIS EVENING IN DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON... Tide levels in the Charleston Habor could briefly reaching near 7 feet MLLW with high tide this evening. This will likely result in some brief, shallow coastal flooding in some of the normal locations throughout Downtown Charleston, including areas adjacent to Gadsden Creek. Motorists should be alert for saltwater across parts of Fishburne Street and Hagood Avenue. High tide in the Charleston Harbor will occur just before 8 PM. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Do not drive through flooded roadways. && Time of high total tides are approximate to the nearest hour.
