For the Gale Warning, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft expected. * WHERE...South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 20 NM. * WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until midnight EDT Tuesday night. For the Gale Warning, from midnight Tuesday night to 2 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
