* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Wisconsin, including the following counties, in east central
Wisconsin, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan. In south central Wisconsin,
Dane, Green, Green Lake, Iowa, Lafayette, Marquette and Rock. In
southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee,
Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Excessive rain on saturated ground may result in flooding.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Afton.

* WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water surrounds at least 2 homes near the
river in the Afton area. Numerous secondary roads in the Afton
area are closed to traffic. Floodwaters affect South River Road on
the south side of Janesville. Traxler Park off of Memorial Drive
in Janesville is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 11.7 feet
Thursday, April 23. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
11.8 feet on 04/10/1959.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sugar River at Brodhead.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Some roads are flooded about 6 miles
downstream in Avon Township of Rock County, including Beloit
Newark Rd. In the Avon Bottoms area of Rock County, flooding is
occurring in Sugar River Park. In Illinois, Winslow Rd is
threatened near the river between Durand and Shirland. Low lying
areas of Sugar Shores Camping Resort may be inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 4.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 AM CDT Thursday was 6.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 6.2
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
tomorrow evening.

Mocassin Trail, Bootmaker Dr, East Ridge Rd, Boulder Lane,
Rockfence Lane, and Arrowhead Rd in Beloit.

- Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
